My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious for a city center hotel, even though I didn't like the ceramic mugs provided instead of paper cups. The service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful with local information. The location is hard to beat if you want to be near Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square. The dining experience was outstanding, and the facilities were well-equipped.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room had two double beds instead of the king I requested, but the big bed with spotlessly white bedding and fluffy pillows made for a comfortable sleep. However, the ceramic mugs instead of paper cups were not appealing to me. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist with a transportation issue. The location was great for exploring the nearby attractions, although it was a bit of a drive from my home. The dining experience was decent, but not as expected for a full breakfast. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
